Loire Séjours’ General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all bookings and transactions made at Loire Séjours accommodation. By booking a stay or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Booking
To book a stay at one of our properties (L’Écrin de Loire or Le Bois Dormant), you must provide accurate and complete details (name, contact details, number of guests, dates of stay, etc.).
Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us.

2. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: from 4.00 pm. Early check-in may be available subject to availability (details will be sent by text message on the day).
- Check-out: before 10.00 am.
3. Prices & Payments
The total amount, service charges and cancellation terms are as stated on the booking platform.
Payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions displayed at the time of booking.
No changes or cancellations will be accepted without written confirmation from us.
4. Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit of €200 may be charged to your credit card on arrival.This deposit will be refunded within 1 to 2 working days after your departure, once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
5. Capacity & additional guests
Each property is designed to accommodate the maximum number of people specified in the advert.
If it is found that this limit has been exceeded, an additional charge of €15 per person per night will apply.
6. Car park (L’Écrin de Loire & Le Bois Dormant)
A parking space may be provided upon prior booking, at a rate of €10 per night.
As spaces are limited, allocation is subject to availability.
7. Rules of Procedure
- Smoking is prohibited indoors (100% non-smoking accommodation). A cleaning charge may be applied in the event of non-compliance.
- Pets are not permitted, unless prior special permission has been granted.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00 pm to ensure peace and quiet for everyone.
- Parties and events are prohibited.
8. Cleanliness & handover inspection
Guests must leave the accommodation in good condition: clean, tidy and with the washing-up done.
Any damage, loss or cleaning that takes an unusually long time will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
9. Customer liability
Guests are responsible for their own behaviour, their personal belongings and any damage caused.
The owner cannot be held liable for any theft, loss or accident occurring within the accommodation or in the communal areas.
10. Host’s liability
We are committed to providing accommodation that matches its description and is clean, safe and comfortable.
Should any issues arise, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
11. Short stays and cancellations
- Early departure or unused nights: no refund will be granted, unless an exception is clearly specified at the time of booking.
- Cancellation terms vary depending on the platform used (Airbnb, direct booking, etc.) and the rate selected. Please check these before confirming your booking.
12. Exceptional circumstances
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, a pandemic, an administrative ban, etc.), the cancellation terms may, in exceptional circumstances, be adjusted at our discretion.
13. Communication
You will be notified by email or text message of any significant changes to the terms and conditions (timetables, cancellations, access, etc.).

These Terms and Conditions may vary depending on the accommodation. We recommend that you check the specific rules for each flat before booking.
By booking a holiday with Loire Séjours, you agree to comply with all of these terms and conditions.
